Important Dates for Planning

When planning to invite international guests, or a destination wedding, be sure to allow 2–6 more months.
6–12 Months - Announce your engagement, set the wedding date, and Order save-the-dates cards.
3–6 Months - Make your guest list, order invitations and accessories, and send out save-the-dates cards.
4–6 Weeks - Mail your invitations and write Thank-You notes as gifts arrive.

Sorry we do not produce mail-order catalogs. Please visit our website and order samples.

Checking Order Status

Updates will be forwarded via email periodically while your project is being developed.

Customizing Your Wedding Invitations

Customizing your design will take 2 – 5 business days. Once the design is developed, a proof will be forwarded to you for your review. Ample time will be allowed for changes. If changes are required, this is when they should be made. If changes are requested, an updated proof will be forwarded for your review. Please note: there is an allowance of 3 changes with no additional charge. If more than three changes are requested an additional fee of $50.00 an hour will be charged with a 1 hour minimum for each additional change. A confirmation of design approval with signature is required before production will begin.

Making Changes After Approval

If you’ve approved your order and you’ve found a mistake, please call us immediately. We will confirm the status of your order, and will inform you if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop production to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before signing the confirmation form for approval.

Order Cancellation

There will be a $20.00 service fee for canceling an order before it goes to print. Once the order is printed, the full price will be charged for the order.

Ordering More

Promptly contact us if you discover you need to increase the quantity. Every attempt will be made to adjust the order before it goes to print. *Suggestion: Consider ordering an extra 25 invitation for last minute changes. If your order cannot be stopped before it is printed, you will be notified. If additional invitations are requested, there will be an additional charge.

Payment Information

Payments are accepted by PayPal, cash, check, and money orders. 100% of the final cost is due before production. Once production begins, this fee is nonrefundable! Invites can be shipped out or dropped off (within 20 miles). Payment plans are available but must be approved when initial design is requested.

Printing Limitations

Plumtree Paper Goods reserves the right to refuse to print any copy that may be considered harassing, profane or abusive in nature.

Production of Invitations

Production of invitations when the design has been approved is 2-4 weeks for letterpress printed invitations. Rush order are available with an additional fee.

Printed items are not returnable. We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered. If there is a mistake on our part, we will quickly reprint the item in question at no cost to you. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern with your order.

Rush Orders

Rush orders are offered with an additional fee of $100.00. The time frame for rush order are usually 2–5 business days from your final approval. This will very with custom design pieces.

Shipping with the USA

Standard shipping within the US is free. Rush shipping is available for a additional cost (to be determined via shipping method)

Signature Required

Since your personalized products are so important, we insure all packages so that in the event of a lost or damaged shipment, your order can be reprinted at no cost to you. A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED from the recipient or an adult at the recipient's address. Please be sure there will be someone available to sign for your package at the shipping address provided.

US Based Service

Plumtree Paper Goods is operation is in the United States. All transactions are processed in US Dollars. As such, all data is held in accordance with United States laws and procedures which differ from those in other regions of the world, such as the European Union. By using this service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these data policies.
