The Process

Schedule an appointment

We start with an appointment to go over your overall vision for your big day, look through your Pinterest boards and view invitation samples and talk about how we can customize the perfect stationery suite for you. If you decided we are the brand for you, we request a $50 deposit to reserve your date and start your design.

Plumtree Paper Goods is a home-based business in the west-suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio. Our designer is available to meet with you by appointment online or in-person. Please call so a meeting time can be arranged.

Design and ordering paper

Once you confirm you want to work with us, we’ll start your invitation design. Our designer will take your vision and work her magic. 2 designs options will be mocked-up based on your vision. You can approve one of the designs’ and let us know what revisions you’d like us to make to it! We start with the main invitation, then once that’s approved, our designer with do the rest of your suite to match. At this point, 50% of the invitation fees are due so we can order your paper and embellishment needs.

Revisions are not unlimited. You get 3 rounds of changes, no questions asked. Once you’ve used those, its then $50 per change after that.

It’s approved – printing starts

Once you’ve approved the full stationery suite, we’re ready to bring your order to life! 100% of your final payment is due at this time. At this point, we’ll send everything to print and our designer works on the assembly as necessary. Get ready for something amazing!
